Our Business

     We are careful to craft arrangements to meet our clients needs. "Hands On". We have a New York Style prop Cab and can build almost any generation Cab, Police Car, News/Coroners Vans, Fire Engine/Pumper,   Emergency Vehicle,etc. Our business was born by invitation. Owner and Senior Executive, John William Wiese, has always enjoyed  Surrey to Modern Auto procurement and restoration and the film and video industry is a great way to further his hobby.

Who We Are

Additional information about our company. John Wiese CEO and founder of PCoA is a native Georgian with 40+ plus years in the entertainment industry.

  John has a class A CDL liscense.... volunteers as Director (since 97') of an emergency co-op food pantry Josephs Storehouse Of Atlanta now in Stone Mountain Georgia 404-826-9316 and has a 100% volunteer staff supporting individuals and families with emergency resources like week a three day supply of balanced unprepared foods adding up to about 20,000 pounds monthly.  Also at Christmas PCoA has sponsored cars and christmas trees for a Toys for Tot's type program (since 1995) now in Stone Mountain Georgia &  continues to help provide some, who are falling on difficult times  in the Atlanta area a little support.
